Cat 8 Cabling

Siemon’s end-to-end TERA® Category 8.2 copper cabling system was founded on our Siemon TERA connector that was originally chosen as the ISO/IEC 11801 interface for category 7A/Class FA and easily achieved new Category 8.2 compliance.

The TERA connector when combined with Siemon’s category 8.2 S/FTP 2000 MHz cable and patch cords delivers a complete end-to-end system that exceeds ISO/IEC category 8.2/Class II specifications for 2-connector, 30-meter Class II channels for 25 and 40 Gig switch-to-server applications in the data center.

The TERA Category 8.2 system supports autonegotiation and is backwards compatible to support copper-based Ethernet applications from 1 to 40 Gig in a variety of configurations. The system provides enhanced internal and alien crosstalk and insertion loss performance over Category 8/8.1 RJ45-based systems.

TERA® Cat 7A Cabling

Delivers the most headroom for 10 Gb/s Applications, supports cable sharing and offers superior protection, exceeding ISO/IEC category 7A/class FA specifications, Siemon’s fully shielded end-to-end TERA Cat 7A cabling solution delivers 10 Gb/s performance and beyond, offers a bandwidth of 1.2 GHz per pair, supports cable sharing and is validated for TEMPEST high-security government applications.

• S/FTP LSOH cable 23 AWG

End-to-end Z-MAX Category 6A UTP and shielded systems include Category 6A cable, outlets, modular cords, patch panels, trunking cable assemblies, work area solutions and the Z-PLUG™ field terminated plug.

Siemon offers the UltraMAX™, MAX® Category 6 and Z-MAX® Category 6 cables for multiple levels of performance to either meet or exceed ISO/IEC and TIA connecting hardware and channel performance specifications for use in 10/100/1000BASE-T applications.

Cat 6 UTP Cabling Systems includes category 6 ethernet cables, connectors, couplers, outlets, patch panels and modular cords.

The Z-MAX Category 6 System offers record termination times with Z-MAX Cat 6 modules while removing variability for consistently high and repeatable performance. The result is a Category 6 system with superior electrical performance for 10/100/1000BASE-T application support over the life of your cabling system.
